I have been using Tyler Tool as my primary source when buying tools for my techs. They always seem to have it in stock and the shipping is fast. I will continue to use them as my main tool supplier.

The right product at the right time and when there was a very brief delivery issue they handled it immediately and I had no problem at all. I will buy from them again.

Great price, fast shipping, and the reconditioned Bosch Hammer looked like brand new and worked as good or better than the so called World's best for 1/3 the cost. Also Made in Germany, NOT CHINA! You have a customer for life.

Spent over 30 minutes to find out where my equipment was. They offered a "Tracking status" button on their site which leads to UPS but was not the delivery company delivering my equipment which was 1.5 weeks late. Now I have to do their job. They have my phone & email at time of purchase and now Best Overnight Express said item was not shipped because they were had a bad number... Did anyone bother to look up my email? Maybe try calling the company that contracted you to ship items to get a good contact?

Arrived as stated haven't had the opportunity to use it yet everything come with the tool as stated very nice case to store the tool in and extra space to store some added disc.Thank you.

I ordered Dewalt DWFP12569 Nailer. My first order from Tyler Tool
Order received in excellent shape and I used my new tool yesterday. Very good nailer. I suggest if you allow customers to share videos and stories on the web, it will help promote and tell users how to use tools.
One comment on shipping experience through UPS, it was expected to deliver Fri March 5th. I took furniture out of the room and prepared room according to shipping estimates. My plan was to start the project on Fri and finish by Sun. UPS delayed my package, received on Mon March 8th and I lost my weekend work on the project.
I gave 5 stars for Tyler Tools since UPS shipping delay is beyond your control. I look forward to buying more items from Tyler Tools

Like new and arrived fast

The product was just what I expected and it arrived ahead of schedule. I would recommend Tyler Tool.

I had ordered a hammer drill from Tyler Tool, a regular drill/driver was shipped. I informed the company about this and was told that customer service would contact me to resolve this issue. I was not contacted by customer service. Still being in need of a hammer drill I ordered one from Amazon and received it promptly. I’m not pleased with the service I received from Tyler Tool and will not order anything from them again!
